Roman Vlasov’s residential portfolio demonstrates a high level of architectural expertise, technological integration, and an intuitive understanding of how private space should function and inspire. Each house is not only a structure but a carefully designed living environment brought to life with precision and vision.
One of the early projects was a two-story house constructed from ceramic blocks with a pitched metal roof, monolithic slabs, and a total area of 320 square meters. The house combined durable materials with a warm and elegant silhouette, standing out for its solid construction and balanced proportions.
Roman also led the development of a cottage community in the Moscow region, consisting of 30 modern-style houses unified by standing seam roofs, open layouts, clean façades, private pools, and a shared visual identity. The entire project was designed to reflect a high standard of suburban living.
Another highlight was a three-story brick mansion with a basement and two swimming pools—one indoors, one outdoors. Spanning over 1200 square meters, this residence featured reinforced concrete floors, a clay tile roof, a garage, and high-end spatial organization. The project was fully designed and built under Vlasov’s direct supervision.
He also designed and built a glued-laminated timber home in the Moscow region with a pitched metal roof. The house perfectly reflected harmony with nature while maintaining architectural clarity and thermal efficiency.
One of the most striking projects was a modernist-style residence with 8-meter-high ceilings, a bold roofline with matte black standing seam metal, and integrated landscaping with an outdoor pool. The house featured an advanced climate control and ventilation system, as well as expressive spatial zoning that made it feel both open and intimate.
In Florida, Roman developed a 250 m² single-story private residence with a pool, ceramic tile roofing, and his proprietary ArchiSense system — an innovative architectural monitoring solution designed to detect, predict, and respond to structural changes over time. ArchiSense was also implemented in his earlier homes, ensuring long-term integrity and smart diagnostics across the portfolio.
Each of these houses reflects Roman Vlasov’s holistic approach — where architecture, engineering, aesthetics, and digital technologies form a seamless whole.

Каждый дом — это не просто постройка, а полноценная жилая среда, созданная с точностью и видением.
Один из первых проектов — двухэтажный дом из керамического блока площадью 320 м² с монолитными перекрытиями и скатной крышей из металлической черепицы. Дом отличался надёжностью конструкции, выверенной композицией и уютной эстетикой.
Также был реализован проект коттеджного посёлка в Подмосковье, включавший 30 домов в едином стиле — с фальцевой кровлей, лаконичной архитектурой, бассейнами и современными планировками. Посёлок стал образцом комфортной и визуально цельной загородной застройки.
Отдельное внимание заслуживает трёхэтажный кирпичный дом площадью 1200 м² с подвалом, двумя бассейнами (внутренним и наружным), гаражом, керамической кровлей и монолитными перекрытиями. Проект был не только спроектирован, но и построен под полным контролем Власова.
Также им был разработан и реализован деревянный дом из клееного бруса с металлической черепицей в Подмосковье. Он отличался теплой атмосферой, природной эстетикой и технической продуманностью.
Особое место занимает современный дом в стиле модерн с потолками высотой 8 метров, фальцевой черной кровлей, выразительной архитектурой, благоустройством участка и уличным бассейном. В проект интегрированы передовые системы вентиляции и кондиционирования.
Во Флориде Власов разработал одноэтажный дом площадью 250 м² с бассейном, керамической кровлей и встроенной системой архитектурного мониторинга ArchiSense, способной отслеживать и прогнозировать изменения конструкций. Система ArchiSense была также внедрена и в предыдущие дома, обеспечивая интеллектуальную диагностику и долговечность построек.
Все проекты объединяет целостный подход Власова — архитектура, инженерия, эстетика и цифровые технологии сливаются в единую систему.
